At present time Abruzzo Airport
has very high standards facilities: the
new terminal with its nice and comfortable
furnitures, the large car parking and the
brand new Passenger information system.
The Airport management commitment is to
continue the growth in passenger and cargo
traffic making the airport a mean for the
economic benefit and development of the
region.
SAGA will focus on a steady increase
of the airport traffic that has already
shown a strong potential given the results
of the years 2001/2003 with the overall
passengers traffic growing from 114.000
passengers per year to 302.000.
In order to face the arising need of mobility,
SAGA has prepared the new Airport development
plan (Master Plan) which contains major
investments to improve the airport's safety,
security, capacity and quality standards. |
